This Acceptable Use Policy is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder, as applicable. This document is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. This Acceptable Use Policy is to be read together with the Terms Of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund and Wallet Policy and Disclaimer published on the Platform at https://youtubesupport.io/, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 YouTubeSupport.io ("Platform", "Website", "we", "us", "our") provides social media marketing optimisation services to Users across India. The Platform is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and ethical environment for all Users and third parties.

1.2 This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the standards of conduct that all Users of the Platform are required to observe. It defines the categories of prohibited content, prohibited activities, and misuse of the Platform's Services that will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

1.3 By accessing or using the Platform, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy in its entirety. Failure to comply with this Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of Your account and other consequences as described herein.

1.4 This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and all other applicable Indian laws and regulations.

2. DEFINITIONS

In this Acceptable Use Policy, unless the context otherwise requires:

  • "Services" means all social media marketing optimisation services offered by the Platform, including engagement boosting, analytics, promotional campaigns, and any other digital services made available from time to time.
  • "Content" means any material, information, data, links, profiles, accounts, or other matter that a User submits, promotes, links to, or generates traffic or engagement for using the Services.
  • "Prohibited Content" means any Content that falls within the categories described in Clause 4 of this Policy.
  • "Prohibited Activity" means any conduct, action, or use of the Platform that falls within the categories described in Clause 5 of this Policy.
  • "Third-Party Platforms" refers to external social media networks including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, in relation to which the Services may be used.
  • "CERT-In" means the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team established under Section 70B of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
  • All other capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Service.

3. GENERAL OBLIGATIONS OF USERS

3.1 All Users of the Platform agree to:

  1. a) Use the Platform and its Services strictly in accordance with this Acceptable Use Policy, the Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations of India;
  2. b) Independently review and comply with the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, API policies, and all other applicable rules of any Third-Party Platform in connection with which the Services are used;
  3. c) Ensure that all Content submitted to the Platform for promotion or engagement is lawful, accurate, and does not violate the rights of any third party;
  4. d) Take full and sole legal responsibility for the Content and accounts they promote using the Services of YouTubeSupport.io;
  5. e) Not misrepresent their identity, affiliation, or the nature of the Content being promoted on the Platform.

3.2 YouTubeSupport.io maintains a zero-tolerance policy for activities that exploit the Platform, violate applicable Indian cyber laws, or cause harm to third parties, other Users, or the integrity of social media ecosystems.

4. PROHIBITED CONTENT

4.1 Users expressly agree not to use the Services to promote, link to, generate traffic for, boost engagement on, or in any manner support Content that:

  1. a) Is Obscene, Offensive, or Harmful:
  • Is obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or pedophilic in nature;
  • Depicts, promotes, or facilitates sexual exploitation or abuse of any person, particularly minors;
  • Is defamatory, libelous, or maliciously false in relation to any identifiable individual or entity;
  • Is invasive of any person's privacy, including the unauthorised sharing of private images, personal information, or intimate content without consent.
  1. b) Is Hateful or Discriminatory:
  • Insults, harasses, or threatens any individual or group on the basis of gender, sex, religion, race, caste, ethnicity, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
  • Promotes, glorifies, or incites violence, hatred, or discrimination against any individual, community, or group;
  • Is racially or ethnically objectionable under applicable Indian law.
  1. c) Infringes Intellectual Property Rights:
  • Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right of any person or entity under Indian or international law;
  • Reproduces, distributes, or commercially exploits copyrighted material without the authorisation of the rights holder.
  1. d) Is Misleading, Deceptive, or Fraudulent:
  • Deceives or misleads any person regarding the origin, authenticity, source, or nature of any message, content, product, or service;
  • Constitutes false, misleading, or unsubstantiated advertising or endorsement in violation of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisements, 2022;
  • Promotes fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or deceptive endorsements in violation of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020;
  • Is designed to manipulate social media metrics with intent to deceive public opinion, defraud advertisers, or misrepresent the popularity or credibility of any account, person, product, or service.
  1. e) Is Unlawful or Violates Indian Law:
  • Violates any provision of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, or any other law for the time being in force in India;
  • Promotes, facilitates, or glorifies any unlawful activity including terrorism, extremism, drug trafficking, human trafficking, money laundering, or organised crime;
  • Threatens the sovereignty, integrity, security, or public order of India.
  1. f) Contains Malicious Code or Harmful Technology:
  • Contains software viruses, malware, ransomware, trojans, worms, spyware, or any other malicious computer code or program designed to interrupt, damage, destroy, gain unauthorised access to, or limit the functionality of any computer system, network, or resource;
  • Is designed to conduct phishing, social engineering, or any other form of cyber fraud.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

5.1 In addition to the prohibition on Prohibited Content, Users agree not to engage in any of the following Prohibited Activities in connection with their use of the Platform:

  1. a) Abuse of Platform Services:
  • Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to place bulk orders, manipulate Wallet balances, or exploit Platform systems in an unauthorised manner;
  • Attempting to resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Services of YouTubeSupport.io without prior written authorisation;
  • Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account suspensions, restrictions, or policies.
  1. b) Unauthorised Access and System Interference:
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its underlying systems, databases, servers, or the accounts of other Users;
  • Engaging in hacking, penetration testing without written authorisation, denial of service attacks, or any other activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's infrastructure;
  • Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the Platform using automated tools or scripts without prior written authorisation from YouTubeSupport.io.
  1. c) Fraudulent Financial Activity:
  • Initiating fraudulent, unjustified, or premature chargebacks or payment disputes in relation to legitimate transactions conducted on the Platform;
  • Providing false or misleading information during account registration, order placement, or support interactions;
  • Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the Platform's Wallet, Coin, or payment systems through any fraudulent means.
  1. d) Violation of Third-Party Platform Policies:
  • Using the Services to violate the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, API policies, or other applicable rules of any Third-Party Platform;
  • Promoting Content or accounts that have been suspended, restricted, or banned by a Third-Party Platform.
  1. e) Impersonation and Identity Fraud:
  • Impersonating any person, entity, brand, public figure, or organisation in connection with the use of the Services;
  • Falsely representing an affiliation with YouTubeSupport.io or any Third-Party Platform.
  1. f) Spam and Unsolicited Communications:
  • Using the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications, spam, or bulk messages in violation of applicable law;
  • Generating artificial engagement on Content that constitutes spam or unsolicited material under the policies of any Third-Party Platform.

6. SPECIAL PROVISIONS REGARDING MINORS

6.1 Users shall not use the Services to promote, distribute, or generate engagement for any Content that sexually exploits, endangers, grooms, or otherwise harms minors.

6.2 Any Content involving minors that is submitted to the Platform for promotion must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, and the policies of the relevant Third-Party Platform.

6.3 YouTubeSupport.io takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. Any account found to be promoting Content that violates this Clause will be immediately and permanently terminated and reported to law enforcement authorities without prior notice.

7. COMPLIANCE WITH CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW

7.1 Users acknowledge that the use of the Services to artificially inflate social media metrics for commercial purposes may attract scrutiny under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the CCPA Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisements, 2022.

7.2 Users assume complete and sole legal liability for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with all applicable consumer protection laws and advertising standards.

7.3 YouTubeSupport.io shall not be liable for any regulatory action, penalty, or legal proceeding initiated against a User by any consumer protection authority or regulatory body in connection with the User's use of the Services.

8. COMPLIANCE WITH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LAW

8.1 YouTubeSupport.io operates as an intermediary under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and complies with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

8.2 As an intermediary, YouTubeSupport.io is not responsible for Content submitted by Users. However, the Platform shall observe due diligence as required under applicable law, including the prompt removal or disabling of access to Prohibited Content upon receiving actual knowledge of its existence or upon receiving a valid order from a competent authority.

8.3 Users acknowledge that YouTubeSupport.io is legally obligated to cooperate with law enforcement agencies, CERT-In, and other competent authorities in relation to investigations involving unlawful Content or activities conducted through the Platform.

9. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

9.1 YouTubeSupport.io encourages Users and third parties to report any Content or activity on the Platform that they believe violates this Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.

9.2 Reports may be submitted to the designated Grievance Officer at:

9.3 The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge any complaint within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt and shall endeavour to resolve or action the same within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules.

9.4 Where a reported violation involves imminent risk of harm, illegal activity, or content involving the exploitation of minors, YouTubeSupport.io reserves the right to act on such reports on an expedited basis and to refer the matter to law enforcement authorities without awaiting the standard resolution timeline.

10. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

10.1 YouTubeSupport.io maintains a zero-tolerance policy for violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. Upon becoming aware of a violation, the Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take one or more of the following actions:

  1. a) Issue a formal warning to the User;
  2. b) Temporarily suspend the User's account pending investigation;
  3. c) Permanently terminate the User's account without prior notice;
  4. d) Forfeit any remaining Wallet or Coin balance associated with the account;
  5. e) Cancel all pending and active Orders without refund or credit;
  6. f) Report the violation and associated User data to CERT-In, law enforcement agencies, relevant regulatory authorities, or Third-Party Platforms, as may be required or appropriate under applicable law;
  7. g) Pursue civil or criminal legal action against the User to the fullest extent permitted under Indian law.

10.2 YouTubeSupport.io's decision to take any of the above actions shall not limit its right to pursue any additional remedy available under law or equity.

10.3 Users whose accounts have been permanently terminated for violations of this Policy shall not be entitled to create new accounts on the Platform without the prior written consent of YouTubeSupport.io.

11. USER INDEMNIFICATION FOR POLICY VIOLATIONS

11.1 In addition to the indemnification obligations set out in the Terms of Service, Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YouTubeSupport.io, its owners, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, regulatory actions, and legal expenses arising from or related to:

  1. a) Any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy by the User;
  2. b) Any Prohibited Content promoted or submitted by the User using the Services;
  3. c) Any claim by a third party, regulatory authority, or law enforcement agency arising from the User's conduct on or through the Platform.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

12.1 YouTubeSupport.io reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or Platform operations.

12.2 Material updates may be communicated through Website notices, email notifications, or account dashboard announcements.

12.3 Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Acceptable Use Policy. Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

13.1 This Acceptable Use Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions set out in the Terms of Service, and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
